Yes they are safe. They eat Filamentous algae and Caulerpa. But I would make sure 100% that it is that. You can always put it in your sump.

Algae eating flatworm of some kind. They usually don't grow to large numbers but it does happen to some people. Nothing I would worry about.

That looks like a ghost flatworms (Amphiscolops) they eat Copepods. They are good for biodiversity in the tank.
