What is It?

My sinchi has half of his body discoloured and his fins d'amaged as well. I already lost 2 of them and a labroides dimidatus Last week. Here a picture

How long have you had the fish? Are you sure the fins weren’t damaged when it arrived? How’s the oxygenation in the tank? How established is the tank/is it getting enough copepods to eat? Typically mandarins are left alone by other fish and have a protective coating that discourages other fish from biting them so unlikely but have you seen other fish harassing it? (If there are other fish) Concerning you lost two of them along with another fish last week. What caused the other fish to die?
