These little pod looking things have been on my hammer....i don't know what it is. Any insight would be great.

Qtip sponges probably. Look for pictures and compare them, they can normally be found in the sump or skimmers.

Pineapple sponges, I’m pretty sure! They’re completely harmless and help filter the water
