What is Mr Saltwater Tank using here?

So I saw Mr. Saltwater Tank using these control boards for mounting on his builds. Does anyone have any idea of what they are? I'm trying to duplicate on my setup.

Ply wood box, with a hinge on the face. So it opens up.

Could be on a cheap Tv wall mount as well so you can manipulate it.

Or build them, I have mine hinged inside a cabinet so i can get to the back of it when needed...

He doesn't show or say how it is mounted but it could be mounted like a floating shelf at the bottom with a piano hinge and the top is just secured with that screw probably into another floating shelf all secured into the studs. Seems easy to reproduce.

That's kind of what I was thinking, I wish I knew exactly how he did it.
