What settings for the a80? I have kessil 360s and run them at 95%.
I'm running the A80's thru a Kessil spectoral controller and the program varies at different time points. But from 8am to 10 Am 40% from 10Am to sunset 96% average

My thinking. Magnesium extremely high, should be around 1400.
Calcium on the high side too. What is your Salinity?
It was. Now thru water changes it's 1200. Salinity is 1.025 temp is 79.5

I am confused. You said water is spot on but Mg was way high and you brought it down with waterchanges.
You must have changed a lot of water to half the Mg?
Did you change the water before the nem looked like this?
Do you have your own test kits and if so what brand? What brand test kits does you lfs use?
For a 15 month old tank I can't see any coralline algae, did you do a dry rock start?
I wouldn't keep feeding the nem, I never feed mine.

50% water changes weekly for 2 week schedule
the nem was ok before water changes
I've been taking water samples to my LfS who does a spin test.
dry rock

Phosphate at .5ppm in a newer setup is fueling the green.
0.05-.15ppm would be sufficient.

Your nem is clearly unhappy.
Could relate to the big waterchanges and therefore changing waterchemistry to quick.
Stability is the key. Get your water parameters stable, don't chase certain numbers.
Get your own testkit(redsea, salifert, hanna). If you can't afford it you shouldn't be in the hobby. I don't know what a spin test is.
If you make your own water use rodi water not straight from the tap, same for top up water.
Get a clean up crew going to combat the hairalgae,if you can get a piece of live rock to seed your tank with coralline algae, where coralline grows no other algae grows.
Hope your nem makes it.

Agree tap water is a bad idea. As for the spin test I believe it's API.

Well I woke up and checked on my Nem this morning, and now there are 2! It split during the night! Im guessing that what was happening. I'm working diligently to get the numbers down.

Yes it’s stressed. That’s why. Not a reason to celebrate .

Yes stress causes nems to split as well as being happy. It’s a chance to get genetics to continue to be passed on in a last ditch effort to survive.
