What is my Copper Reading? API

Agreed with above, looks to be between 2.0 and 4.0

How far above the card are you holding it? If it's directly on the card it is going to appear much darker

1/4-1/2" above the paper.. enough to remove the shadow.

Ok, in that case I'd say 2-2.5.. You're definitely over but I don't think it's 3-4ppm. Are you using coppersafe or copper power? If you used coppersafe post a pic of the batch number and I can cross reference it to mine.What size qt and how much did you dose?

I already cross referenced it (CopperSafe) with @HotRocks .. Lukily I had a batch before it went bad.

By my calculations, I should only be at 1.75ppm.. and I have a tub of sand that I wanted to make sure didn't absorb some of the meds. Based on the feedback, I'm going to guess I am OK.

The three Blue Star Leopard wrasses are eating frozen like crazy and I'm feeding white worms as supplemental and they go even more nuts for those!

There have been others that have the same batch number as my bottle with varying reports on concentration. Anywhere from 2.3ppm-3.0ppm Copper safe is fine to use with a Hanna tester to Monitor levels IMO. My recommendation is still to use Copper Power from here on out. Just because it is very easy to get accurate results with syringe measured dosing. I think @humblefish will agree.

Me too.. I'll likely switch over myself if the need arises to QT more in the near future.
