Or why are they so interesting, because it is stressing him out.He may have lost his crown. I assume it wasn’t in the shipping bag? If he overcomes the stress he can regrow his crown. A little odd that he’s not hiding in his tube though.
Generally, you should bury the tube in the sand, with maybe only a tiny amount sticking out of the sand. Not sure that would stop the nassarius though since they usually live under the sand. Have you seen movement in him? Does he respond if your hand gets close to him?Okay, thank you. i I moved him back into the sand and buried more of his body and so far, the snails have left him alone. he is definitely alive and moves, but ever since yesterday he has no came out of his tube.Generally, you should bury the tube in the sand, with maybe only a tiny amount sticking out of the sand.
