To me they kinda look like the nems that pompom crabs use either that or berghia nudibranch, but would like another's opinion

It does look like an anemone. The underside doesn’t get light so the surface area is usable for anything as there is no tissue.

I have a Tanaka Pygmy Wrasse in the tank, do you think he eat these nudibranchs?It is nudibranch and needs to be removed and discarded. I believe i see a second one in pic. You will also want to look for presence of eggs

it is a large piece that cannot be removed from the main rock structure...likely not. Pick off by hand or dip
