It does look like an anemone. The underside doesn’t get light so the surface area is usable for anything as there is no tissue.

After looking closely at the nudis, I think they are actually bergiah since the have smooth tentacles (I had an out break of aptiasia awhile ago and added them to the tank), but I'll keep checking at night and monitoring the coral's health to be sure. I have a possum wrasse that seems to keep all of my pests at bay, I might need to pick him up a mate.

It is nudibranch and needs to be removed and discarded. I believe i see a second one in pic. You will also want to look for presence of eggs

Those are not bergiah. You have montipora eating nudibranchs. If you have other montis in that tank you're best bet is to break it off the rock, dip for adults, scrub the areas where skeleton meets live tissue to try and remove eggs. Also advised to scrub area where coral was touching the rock. These nudibranchs can be EXTREMELY difficult to get rid of if they get established and if you have other monti colonies in the tank. Based on the fact that I can see different sized individuals in the one photo you posted means they are already breeding.

Some background; I took this photo on Thursday morning and started this post on Friday.
I blasted them off the coral on Friday Night and Saturday after reading the replies. I did try to catch one so I be would able to identify them but to no avail.
And now,
I have been monitoring the tank multiple times a night after the lights have gone out on Sunday and Monday but I haven't seen any sign of them... No damage, no nudi's....
So Right now I plan on keeping a close eye on this situation (checking multiple time a night and checking for any tissue loss during the day) while I prepare my coral quarantine system, but I have some questions;
What should I be looking for in my coral's health?
How long do they take to multiply?
How long do they take to get to adult size?
Have people had success with any in-tank methods? peppermint shrimp? (if so what species)
Does flat worm exit work?
The only major problem is I cant really afford to buy another light for frag/quarantine tank for a couple weeks so I need to figure out what will work best in the mean time.

When I got home it seems that the damage to the base of the digi is noticeable, I looked around the tank and i say another one on my red monti cap.... So I guess I am going to frag what I can.

Woke up early this morning to frag and dip what I can save from the display, I guess they will have to hang out in my 15 gallon frogfish tank until I can get a proper tank set up. I hope the lighting will be strong enough
That monti cap in the back is a rescue from my moms tank and it was healing nicely... I hope I can keep it alive.
This is so frustrating my tank was finally growing really well, I guess I will quarantine everything from now on...

Another update!
I just did the 3rd dip for the corals and have moved them into my new frag/quarantine system.
I plan on fragging some more coral out of the main display, but the damage is slow atm, wrasse seems to get a couple little guys everyday.
As far as I can tell there is no sign of them on these frags, but I do plan on adding a 6-line to this system and keep dipping for at least another month every 4 days!
On a side note incase anyone is curious the light that I put over this tank is;
I really like it so far it is easy to use and very strong for around $86!

like I member the incubation period for the nudis is 14 days, so if you dip them for 20 (5 times in your case) you are good to go with clean frags I think.

Update #4ish
The Infestation is seemingly gone!
After a couple of set backs, I.E. them showing up in the frag tank again a week or so after the last dip... I ended up dipping them again, which must have been the last batch especially since they were very small/freshly hatched at the time.
Also Haven't seen any sign of them in the main display and the corals are growing fast as ever!
Here is a pic of the reef as of 2 days ago!
Hopefully the wrasse got them all! Love Little Red, the Possum Wrasse
But... I'll keep vigilant and update again if they come back.

I'll suggest to DIP again, at least one more time, if you saw recently new hatched nudis, because is a possible not all to be hatched completely, and some to be still in the eggs. usually I'm suggesting 1-2 DIPs after the last seen nudi.
