Very hard to tell, could be a cyst or an abcess. Possibly a reaction from the elegance coral. #reefsquad any ideas?

As long as its not a parasitic isopod and doesnt turn into an open wound in wouldnt worry.

Whatever it is it sure looks like it's irritating the tissue around it as well.

If it was mine I would watch it carefully. If it gets any better I would leave It be, but if it gets even a little worse I would remove it to a hospital tank and treat with NFG.
