What is on my live rock

There's like an anemone and some stalks with green on the end could anyone tell me what they are i hope it's not aptasia and the green I hope it's good the anemone has like white glowing tips so don't think it's aptasia I know the pictures aren't very good but it's the best I can get

Might be Mermaids Wineglass/Acetabularia. Really hard to make the specific details of the image/unknown. Is it possible it's coral regeneration?

The top pic is an aiptasia. I cannot tell on the second pic - need a more clear shot.
