Can somebody tell me whatthese are growing on my rock and if they are safe?
The first one looks like a milky cobweb that easily comes off when touched.
Rhe sexond one looks like a dandelion or an antena with a ball at the end.
And is this yellow stuff algae?

First pic appears to be a dead coral of some sort- Favia,Acan,etc... Most likely rotting tissue. I'd pull I out. if its decomposing its not helping your parameters. The other pics of the yellow appears to be algae of some sort or possibly sponges. Most likely Algae though.

What should i do with it? Put it in a quarantine tank? I forgot to mention my tank was started 8/5/17 and that rock was added 8/12/17

I'd toss the decomposing coral. As for the rock with the yellow I'd keep an eye on it.

Pretty sure what we are seeing in the last image is yellow sponges, which are very common, but usually grow on the underside of rocks.
