What is on my snail?

Just got an order of ceriths in yesterday and noticed something on one of them this morning. Any idea what these little tentacles are?

Wondering if I should grab him while he's on the glass and easy to remove..

A little hard to tell but possibly hydroids? Can you get a closer shot by chance? Could be an algae as well

Dunno if it's the same thing, but I know down on the Carolina coastline there's a commensal stinging bryozoan that grows on snails' shells. Looks pretty similar.

seems like colonial hydroids?
