What Is on my torch coral skeleton?

Torch coral looks to have 2 snails or something living on its skeleton

Those look like vermitid snails. They can be a nuisance if they get near the flesh. That is what all of the little white spots are on your rocks. They are fairly common in reef tanks, don't really cause much harm unless there are hundreds of them.
If you have bone cutters (for fragging) you can snap the tube in half and the snail inside will die.

No, the "white spots" are spirorbids, harmless filter feeders that will not bother coral.

The larger brown tube-like things appear to be vermetids and "snapping the tubes in half" will NOT kill the snail. To remove vermetids, you should cut/scrape the ENTIRE shell , outside of the tank, and then rinse the frag with a container of tank water before placing it back in the aquarium. Vermetid snails live in the bottom of the shell and will just relocate and build a new one if not manually removed*

*Some people have success super gluing the hole shut, but the only way to be sure it's gone is to actually remove the living creature.

I think bumblebee snails work on vermented. I got some for my problem and I see them slowly disappearing

I should have been more specific on the cutting of the tube. If you cut the tube in half and scrape the rest off it will kill the snail. I have done that in my tank and it has eradicated the big ones. I didn't think about the spirorbids, thanks for adding that in!
