What is on my wrasse

I stirred my sand up today and noticed a a clear 0.5mm wide by 2mm long clear worm thing. About 12 hours later it is now on his body and was originally on his fin. Can anyone give any sort of help. I do not have a microscope so I cannot ID this creature.

I think it’s a planaria I saw 2 dots and a shovel like body, will it harm my wrasse?
