What is on my zoas?

What are these white tube things on my zoa frag? Are they anything to worry about and would they stop the zoas spreading?

Hmm, quite possibly, there are two solid white tubes and one has a couple of feelers peeking out. Google say they are good but would they cause an issue to the zoas?
