Without more photographs from different angles, it is hard to tell. Here are my guesses:
More confident:
- Hitchhiker bivalve
- Slipper limpet
Less confident:
- Mega Vermetid snail
- Tube worm
 
OP, If you follow that shell around does it lead to an opening or some door-like covering at the other end?
No it doesn’t. Does not look like spionid worms or any kind of tube worm
