I took a small sample of what looks like truf algae under microscope for fun.
But it MAY be bryopsis since it did die (98%) with fluconazole.

So on these images I took at 100X with light over and light under we can see some round things. What are they ?

Lucky you I wish I owned a microscope :)
Looks like they could be eggs, I'll wait to see what others have to say

I believe those would just be the individual algae protozoans. I’m no expert either, so would love to see what others have to say.

If it is a protozoan... does that means it is the start of the growth of this algae ? Like algae eggs ?
I don't know what a protozoan is lol.

A protozoan is a single-celled organism, such as algae. They’re not eggs, but are individual cells, and the cells reproduce by splitting. It could just be diatoms in your system, but such a low amount that it isn’t too consequential.

Is there a way to ID the protozoan type? So I can find what algae it will turn into ?

There are articles out there documenting each type of algae, which you could use to determine what you see. IMO that looks like diatom algae, but I could be wrong.
