What is that lol

This is growing at the base of my Kenya tree. 2-3 weeks ago i tough it could be a new head, but it doesnt look like it.

Its furry but doesnt sting and is soft. Theres a hole at the extrimity. The picture is x2 zoom.

What is it lol

Seems like it might be a pineapple sponge, or another, similar sponge.

It is indeed pineapple sponge and are short lived. They are often found in shady low flow areas of tank and are formed by silicates in the water.
Silicates come from:
Sand
new rock
Di resin that is used up
