Not an expert by any means at critter I'd, but I second.Looks a bit like a eunicid worm, but I'll defer to the experts.

tip for viewing videos on iPhones: you can hold your finger down on the video link and then a menu pops up where you can choose to download the linked file. Then a little blue arrow icon will pop up in the top right corner and you click it to view the downloaded file. Another user posted this once and it’s been super helpful!

This definitely looks like it, Thank you. And thanks for all the replies.not a eunice worm. medusa worm. Usually harmless unless you have fish that will pick on it. Then it will release toxins to protect itself.
