What is that?

Couldn’t even begin to describe it looks like a red pink mass built up with a feathered top or some sort of stringy top? Just did a water change and my sand pushed away from the rock exposing this and I noticed some around my tank any ideas? I know the pictures are bad charging my camera to get a better one.
best way to describe it looks like a bunch of rocks gathered together under a pink speck with some sort of top. Maybe a Spionid Worm but why pinkish? Will update as soon as camera charges.

sucked it up and put it under a microscope. It turned into pink mush and some sort of white cylinder thing. No idea. No longer attached to rock.
