What is the Best Method for Parasite Management?

So my tank has had velvet for over a year now and I think my fish have grown an immunity towards it. However I have hardy fish like clownfish, cardinal fish, azure damsel, and a school of chromis. Quarantining and going the fallow method is not an option for me, I do not have have the space to setup any new tank or want to purchase more equipment. I would really like to add a bottom dwelling fish like a jawfish or a goby but I do not want to it to be harmed. I read a thread on here about intentionally introducing parasites into your tank but I can't seem to find it. If your tank is running with parasites, how is your experience with dealing with it? What have you done differently and how are you maximizing the health of your fish?

In all seriousness, feed well (LRS foods, live foods), have lots of hiding places, lots of live microfauna/old rock... low stress, pray.

Some people employ large UV's. Paul would say not to do this but others swear by it. So you need to just decide what method you want to try.

Ich is much less worrisome, especially for a jawfish/goby. Ich management is fairly common, velvet not so much.
