What is the best ORP controller in the market?

There's one by Pinpoint and one by Milwaukee, similar price point. Want to use them to control ozone reactor, with Apex as a backstop. Which one would the forum recommend (or any others?) Thanks much in advance!

PS: Hanna has one too - super expensive!

I already have an Apex so looking for a cheaper failsafe. GHL is expensive!
