What is the long string singled celled thing?

I was checking on my Dinos this morning, and I noticed a new cell looking thing in my sample....So I tried to get the best picture I could. They are the long string looking things with what looks to be a nucleus. Good? Bad? Competition for my Dinos?

Thanks for the bump....but I'm pretty sure I figured out that they were diatoms......Which...considering I'm trying to get rid of Dinos - by dosing silicates - isn't a bad thing!
