So it looks like my kamoer F4 just crapped out on me after 8 months of use. Don't want to go through this again so I'd like to see what the most reliable new dosing pump is on the market right now. preferably wifi controllable but doesn't have to be. More heads the better!

That is disappointing to hear as I just picked up a new Kamoer F4. I have had Jeabo, Seaside and a Bubble Magus all fail on my in a years time or less. To be honest those three are pretty much the same cheap motors and pump heads with different controllers and programming. None of them have good protection for being used around saltwater. One the control board fried from salt corrosion even though they were are mounted well away from salt water. I have used the motors from that one to replace the others as they failed. I had 6 heads running originally and am down to 4 working motors again. I only run 3 min 24 times a day for the ones that run the most.
I have had Drew’s dosers running much longer at over 5 years. I don’t really trust my apex to controll them after it recently some how turned to on instead of auto and killed a bunch of SPS. It may have been my mistake somehow, although I really do not thing so. The programming can be confusing on the Apex as well. I never had this issue with my AC3 controlling it.

+1 on the GHL, I have the SA 2.1 which has been running for the last 12 months flawlessly, keeps the params right where they should be. Needs a bit of setting up initially but after that is spot on

++ on the GHL I have it running my triton 4 part dosing for 1.5 years with zero issues

I would have said Kamoer is one of the best dosers, although I appreciate the problems you've had so I understand the concern

I have possibly the slightly earlier non wifi version and would buy it again without hesitation and this was the recommendation I received when asking a similar question a few years ago and researching it

I guess its still under warranty for you to get it replaced if it was a bad one ?

GHL. I've tried a couple of cheaper ones (bubble magus etc...), but have gone back to GHL for the last few years with no issues.

I have been using the neptune DOS for the last 3 years with issue, I use one 2 part and the other for 3 gal/day AWC and have had zero issues; If you have an apex i would recommend them.

+1 on the GHL, no issues with the 3 I been running. Plus the offer 2,3,4 head configuration units. Work via Wifi without any issue, and do not need a controller to operate one, and can even add float switches to them to do other tasks like AWC without the use of a controller.
