As mentioned it is a Flameback Angel (African Flameback given that it is Orange). One of the Pygmy Angels. Don't let the small size fool you though these fish are super active and can be pretty aggressive. One of my LFS has one in a 150 and it is all over in and around that tank and can go from one end to the other in a few seconds.
