What is thins pink see through stuff?!

It's growing by one on my mushrooms. Just need help to identify it and if it's good or bad?

Yes almost like foam

Just some sort of sponge... Usually not an issue, and can be a beneficial filter feeder. They always creep me out when I grab a rock and a handful of sponge...
