Pic a little too blue to confirm but may be green cyano

I don't really have a ID for this type of algea for sure but I do battle it from time to time I take my rock out and put hydrogen peroxide on it and scrub it with a brass or stiainless steel bristle brush from DG, It dose control it for about 6-8 months but it dose seem to come back on different rocks sometimes. Are your phosphate high?
