What is this algae,and why will my cleanup crew not touch it?

I have this thin wispy brown hair algae growing. I can not seem to get rid of it, and my cleanup crew wont touch it. Aside from patches of it the tank is spotless. I really do not know what to do about it.

I use 1 mp10 on red mode at 75%

Glad you posted this. I believe I have the same stuff in my newly setup tank. Mostly on the frag rack and a little in the sand but so far not very much there. Have never seen it before. I last checked N and P last week and they were 5 and 0. I'll be checking again later tonight.

what cuc do you have? They may be just unable to eat it since there isnt alot of it

Looks to me like some type of cyano/red slime. Hard to tell though I don’t have much experience

I have the reef cleaners 25 gallon crew its a mix of snails and hermits
