What is this Algae?

Is thus a type of algae and if so what is it and how do I treat it. The pictures not the best but you can see strands as well as small clumps. The clumps are appearing in other places in the tank?

Need a clearer much less blue pic I’m afraid.
Cuc is the answer.
Fluconazole is good and easy too.
