What is this Algae?

So I have a snail in my tank with what looks like Red Hair algae growing on him.. Is this good Algae or should I pull out this hard worker and give him a scrub?

I would take him out and scrub it off of him. I don't know what the algae is, but the red fluffy kind of stuff took over my tank at one point though I was able to get rid of it finally.

Perhaps cotton candy algae?

Look like Asparagopsis sp.
