What is this algae????

What is is and what will eat it??? Or how to get rid of it. Been picking it out, but it comes back fast. Nitrates are 10ppm, so water quality is ok.

My guess is a type of caulerpa

What will eat this? Sea hare? Fox face? It is in my zoa tank, so I don’t want anything that will eat them.
