What is this algea/sponge? Please help

Have this stuff grown on my rocks and sand...tanks 1yr old 300gallon.

Parameters read perfect...

Anyone tell me what this stuff is and a remedy to get rid of it. I tried 50% water changes, stirring the sand keeps comen back. Makes my rock and sand look ugly

Looks like white hair algae. What are your parameters?

Not to sound dumb but this is green in color, and is like fluffy no stingy looking

Thinkn about going 2-3 days lights off(no corals)

Massive rock scrubing/cleaning and same with the sand,

150 gallon water change after see where that gets me
