What is this algea??

I have been starting to see this almost fluffy tan stuff growing all over my rocks and is starting to grow on my corals does anyone know what it is?? Also ive been seeing an increase in pineapple sponges in my sump with a few in the display tank

Can you blow it off with a baster? Looks like a build up of detritus. How's you flow?

Yea it blows of relatively easily flow is good in the tank i have one gyre 330 in a 75 gallon its on random flow with its max flow at 60%
