Blurry, but probably a common bristleworm. They are good at cleaning out detritus...but they are very ugly. Mostly only comes out in the dark though.

Plenty of simple traps can be made. I set one every couple of months just to feel like I'm limiting the population. Probably as effective as swatting mosquitoes as far as population control, but it feels good to get a few out, especially if that are big.

Bristleworms are part of the cuc. They sting if you touch them with bare skin.

Bristle, ask 10 people, everyone is on different sides, me they creep me out, but most say they are safe, until the multiply, or get way to big...think size of a small snake...
