What is this and how do I deal with it

I get this reddish powder algea on my power heads and now it's all over my rocks it does not look like cyano

How olds the tank? Parameters?

Does it wipe off easily?

tank is about 4 months old but all of the contents are out of my 90 that was up for about 5 years minus new sand it was also in my old tank it does not wipe easy I latterly have to scrub it off with a brush its almost like a powder it reminds me of a very weak coraline but it does have a slippery surface like a minor velvet type algea. cal 440 alk 8.5 mag 1200 heat 79 phos 2ppb nit 0 on red sea kit

Here is tank could it be red coraline I have never had red but it doesnt feel like coraline
