So a long time ago I added Chaetomorpha to my tank and it grew like crazy but then I had some other stuff growing with it and now it’s rooted into everything. It’s green and stringy but has green bubbles branching every inch or so. Im pretty sure it’s a macroalgae of some sort but not sure. What can I do to get rid of it? Any help is appreciated! Ps. I’m getting rid off all macroalgae so I don’t care if everything dies however I do have many inverts in the tank and don’t want to lose those

The tank is a nuvo 20g so definitely not big enough for a tang, any other fish or inverts that may eat it? Also thanks for the quick feedback!

sea hare,lettuce nudi

Been doing a lot of research on algaes lately, I'd check in to fluconazole. Supposedly it'll kill most algae types without much work, and is also safe for all other aquarium life. Just something to look in to, especially for such a small aquarium.

Cauleroa and tangs should devour it
