What is this and how do I wipe it out?

I just assumed it was withering hair algae.
Now I'm wondering if it's some sort of filamentous cyanobacteria.
The thing is that it grows where there's hardly any light at all.
Its not really green. It's just sorta... Grey/yellowish/beige.

Video doesn’t work.

I always do lights off for 4 days while dosing H2O2 1mL/10 gallons 2x/day, after 4 days return to blues only for 1 week still dosing peroxide. Takes care of a lot of problems

Right now I'm trying to convert my tank to zeovit, so I'd rather not dose H2O2 at the moment.
