what is this and how to treat??

looks like dark hair algea, and now almost spreads allover on the boarden! but what triggered that, how to cure it? anybody sees that in your aquarium?

ps, all of my sps lps and fishes, shrimp are fine, only ugly to see this kind of algea/or bacteria on the sand
