What is this? And is it bad?

Hey guys I need your help again. What are these hard stick things? I stired up the sand and then they shot out these string web things.

Vermetid Snail. It’s a worm or snail.
The snot they shoot out can irritate coral. For the most part they are not a problem. Best bet is to dap a little super glue over the hole. Braking them off won’t get rid of them

Yea they shoot out there snot when there is food in water colom. I had allot in my 180. Just focus on the ones you see making a snot.

Get some bumblebee snails. I used to have a pretty major infestation and the bumblebee snails have helped greatly in controlling them. You'll hear a lot of varying accounts of whether or not they actually help but in my experience they've worked pretty well.
