What is This and Shoukd I be Concerned

Thought maybe a Spaghetti Worm, but definitely still unsure. Believe I've spotted a few in the sump as well...

Not aptasia... I thought sphagetti worm because it actually looks like sphagetti. I'm unsure because I cannot ID a body, it hasn't moved, and there are no straight appendages as are seen in a lot of the photos I've come across online.

I will try this evening. It's in the back right corner under some rock, the photo was taken at an angle and through a flipper magnifying glass, although it is not necessarily small.

Poriferan sponge and typical shady location of rock
Can be evasive, and if so simply expose to air or inject with vinegar, air or very hot water and it will stop it in its tracks
