Always test your phosphates and nitrates.
Looks like your ready for a good clean up crew, for the uglies.
Make sure that your using pure RO/DI water, for all that you do.

There is a lot of stuff going on there. As mentioned, test your parameters. That information is needed if you want more specific answers. Otherwise, we are guessing as well. A good water change, and a few snails may be helpful.

are you talking about the nasty black looking sponge? If so, that stuff is terrible, like removing tar from your rocks. There's a video of me with a set of dental tools removing that stuff between the heads of a galaxea. Do not want.

I would add chemi clean after a water change to rid of the ugly film and add some turbo and astrea snails to assist with control.
