What is this? Anemone??

Anyone know what this is? It’s hard to see because it’s pretty translucent. It does have some neon in it. Is it good or bad? Came on a zoas rock that I got from a buddy. Thanks in advance.

If you can remove the rock I would scrape it off out of the tank. Normally you see them under rocks and we never bother them but it's near your zoas so I would remove it.
