Looks like lettered oive to me, regardless I would remove it since it's predatory.

I think I’m going to take him out to be in the safe side really ticked at my LFS after saying that there good and paying $15 for the little bugger.What other snails do you have? Although not their first target species, they could possibly kill other snails also. If that is the case, then I would say banish him to the sump or take him out to be 100 percent safe.
