What is this before I go ahead.....

Just before I go ahead and try to rid this of my tank some people say it's bad some say it may be good. Aiptasia? Not sure because it's not multplying and it's been there for a couple weeks. Here is a picture and video attached

the pic and video is blurry and blue, very hard to see. If possible, turn off the blues and turn the whites up and take another pic, thanks.

Ok will do when I get home from work.....I would say aiptasia but it seems single no other lurking ones will grab mysis and or brine frozen and eat it

Thank you for your help I got rid of it.....it was a smaller rock so I just took it out and hit it with hot tap water......I just wanted to make sure it was not a good hitchhiker
