So my female clown (I'm assuming is female cause her size) I've had for 3½ years while the smaller one (assuming male) I've had for maybe 2 years. They've been doing this, and mouthing up sand, and tailing finning (kicking) sand up also. (I know my algae is bad) But is this submission or mating?

I can't view the video but it sounds like they're doing some nest site prepping. BTW, you are correct, the larger is the female and the smaller is the male.

I agree, I think you are going to be a grandparent soon if only for a short time.
I figured that was the case that why I put the planters pot in there. I'm excited. I've bred freshwater and what not but never salt. So this is rather exciting! Thanks for the replies
