cleaned out my filter and this thing popped out. Is this a big copepods?

gammarid amphipod. Good guy.
Eats micro algae and detritus. Also a healthy small for your fishes.

Thank you! I thought I remembered a pic similar to this and that they were a good thing. Just wanted to be certain.

+1 on amphipods. You shouldn’t have to worry about these guys. If they start to bug your corals, you can get a six line wrasse.
