I just discovered this black thing on my rock near one of my corals. It moves pretty fast when I touched it with a feeding tube. Should I remove it? Or is it a snail that has lost it's shell?

Hard to tell from the pics, but it could be a black stomatella or elephant slug

Yes. They add biodiversity to your tank and will not harm your corals. They have a unique dome shaped shell on their back that looks more like wearing a hat and does not cover much of their body. If possible keep an eye out for it and snag some more pictures just for verification.

Will do. I looked at pics of black stomatellas on line and it looks like those. But how did it get into my tank? I haven't added anything for a couple of months.

it's probably been in there, or it was smaller when it hitchhiked its way in. If you end up having multiple of them they can reproduce.
