Honestly, I just saw it, so I don't know if it moves. It does look like an urchin.

I have seen them come in on W/C transhipped coral orders we got in time to time.

If it IS an urchin, I personally dont like them in reef tanks, some species are clumsy but great grazers, however they do consume coralline algae too which can be a negative or a positive.
