What is this blue stuff???

Found this tonight looking at my reef tank. It’s blowing around in my tank. Looks to be turquoise blue little balls that are stringy and are attached to my live rock. Anyone know what this is? Eggs maybe??

Pretty much your basic cuc. Blue hermits, probably some red ones, and some snails

That’s what I thought. I’ve never seen something this blue however. Really interesting! It’s almost neon!
