Looks to me like a couple legs of a brittle sea star.
I have a bunch if these guys. Atfirst I thought they were bristle stars but how do they get into such tiny holes then. Unless there is a bigger tunnel than I thought in my LR

You would be amazed on how they can squeeze in small spaces.

They'll often have only one or two long arms that reach out of the crevices while the body remains very small.
 
Yep Bristle Stars! I have several in my 20g. They are pretty good at getting into small places. I have one in the bracket of my wave pump too.
 
I had literally thousands in my 110 previously, they're good cleanup crew. At night they float up into the water column and colonize new areas or in my case end up in the filter sock. They're one hitchhiker I wouldn't mind having again.
